Mr. Muhammad Rasheed is a dedicated development professional with over 10 years of experience in social development and humanitarian initiatives. Holding two Master’s degrees in English Literature and Pakistan Studies, along with a Diploma in Computer Applications, he has worked with renowned national and international organizations on projects related to youth development, health, climate change, disaster risk reduction, community mobilization, MEAL, digital data collection, and capacity building.

As the General Secretary of Roshni Welfare Society, he is committed to strengthening institutional development, promoting transparency and accountability, and expanding partnerships for sustainable community development. He believes that strong leadership, community participation, and continuous learning are the foundations of lasting social change and remains dedicated to empowering communities and serving humanity with integrity
