Roshani Welfare Society (RWS) is a non-governmental, non-partisan and non-profit organization working for the promotion of peace, social justice, equality and empowerment of the weak segments of society by a combination of integrated development cum right-oriented approach at a very remote and backward district, Layyah of the Punjab province, Pakistan.

To empower marginalized communities socially and economically for resolution of their issues at gross roots level.

Promotion of education through interactive theater and mass contact.
Mobilize and organize deprived communities for social and economic empowerment.
To increase the awareness and knowledge in the community on gender equality, gender base violence, child labor and human rights to improve their personal, social and economic situation.

Prosperous and enlightened society where people have access to all basic amenities of life on equitable basis. To promote the process of participatory, self- reliant, sustainable development of the poor community to help them in alleviation of poverty and achieve their potential and empowerment in economic and social segments
